Deliannette: Good morning. American Airlines. My name is Deliannette. How may I help you?

Karolyn: Hello. I'm calling for my plane ticket for tomorrow at 2 pm but it hasn't arrived yet.

Deliannette: Please give me your name so I can call the Insurance Company.

Karolyn: Of course, my name is Karolyn Gonzalez.

Deliannette: Please stand by.

Maritza: Welcome to the Insurance Company. Can I help you?

Deliannette: I received a call from my client Karolyn Gonzalez, whose plane ticket hasn't arrived yet.

Maritza: Please wait a minute... Miss, the ticket should arrive tomorrow morning. Posts are always late on Sundays.

Deliannette: Thank you. I will let my client know. Miss, kyour ticket will arrive tomorrow morning. I apologize.

Karolyn: Thank you for your help. Please have a nice day.

    Interviewer: Where did you study? For how long?
    Secretary: I Studied four years in the University Of Puerto Rico in Carolina a Bachelor’s Degree in Office Systems.

    Interviewer: What is the title of your degree?
    Secretary: The title of my degree is Administrative Secretary IV.

    Interviewer: How many years have you been a secretary?
    Secretary: I have been a secretary for 8 years.

    Interviewer: How long have you been working for this department, institution, etc.?
    Secretary: I have been working for this institution for 8 years and for the English Department for 4 years.

    Interviewer: Who is your boss?
    Secretary: My boss is Wanda Rodriguez Delgado and she is the Director of the English Department.

    Interviewer: Which are your responsibilities as a secretary?
    Secretary: My responsibilities as a secretary are to attend the students, the calls, make calls, file documents, attend professors, make letters, academic schedules, and other tasks.



    Interviewer: Do you like your job? Explain.
    Secretary: I like my job because I love to help the students and every person that passes through this office.

    Interviewer: Which are your working hours?
    Secretary: My working hours are from 8:00am-4:30 pm and my lunch break is from 12:00am- 1:-00pm.

    Interviewer: What is your salary?
    Secretary: My monthly salary is almost 2,400 dollars.

    Interviewer: Which are your benefits?
    Secretary: I have a medical plan, a license for when I get sick and workshops to develop my professional abilities.

    Interviewer: Do you plan to stay at this job?
    Secretary: Yes, I have permanence.

    Interviewer: Where do you work?
    Secretary: I work in the English department in the University Of Puerto Rico in Carolina.

    Interviewer: How did you arrive at this working environment?
    Secretary: I arrived here because I studied in this University and I did my practice in “Educacion Continua” under a proposal and since that moment they let me working here.
